NURSING
After graduating nursing school with my Associates, I began my career in the Emergency Department. After receiving much valuable knowledge and experience in the ER for almost two years, I knew it was time to move to into an area of nursing that was more focused around my passion: aiding and equipping others to live a healthier and more active lifestyle.
MARINE
We have a saying, “Once a Marine, Always a Marine”. While I served for only five years, the Marine Corps has become such a strong part of my identity and who I am as a person. The Marine Corps instilled in me a sense of discipline, loyalty, diligence, and respectfulness towards others. It was during this time where I learned just how strong I was as a person.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Since I was a child, I have always enjoyed and have been passionate about fitness and health. I played multiple sports, started watching my diet around the age of ten (In a healthy way!), and began lecturing my parents about healthy habits (I know…I was a little bossy as a child…). Fitness and health became more serious to me when I ventured into the Marine Corps.
